When will my order ship?

For in-stock items. If your order is placed before 3 pm EST, it will be shipped the same day. If it is placed after 3 pm EST, it will be shipped the next business day.

After your order ships (per the timing outlined in the above question), its arrival depends on which shipping option you selected at checkout.

If you insured your order with Route at checkout, you received a confirmation email from them with a link to file a shipping issue – please consult that email. If you did not insure your order with Route, please reach out to Customer Service.
